Jeanine Witten is a seasoned real estate investor, private money lender, and the founder of New Creation Properties, a company committed to building wealth through values-driven partnerships and strategic real estate investments. With over 30 years of experience in buy-and-hold rentals, house flipping, and most recently, multifamily investing, Jeanine is known for her integrity, resourcefulness, and ability to create win-win opportunities for investors.
After a successful career as a paediatric physical therapist, Jeanine transitioned full-time into real estate to reclaim her freedom and align her work with her faith and values. Today, she helps others do the same by offering education, encouragement, and access to passive income opportunities backed by real estate. Through her private lending partnerships, she has helped fund projects ranging from single-family flips to multifamily and hotel deals across the U.S.
Jeanine is an active member of WREIN (Women’s Real Estate Investors Network), ROAR Society (Rocking our Assets in REal Estate), and House Flipping Women where over 50 women have already partnered with her on investment opportunities. Known for her encouragement and willingness to share her knowledge, she helps foster a culture of accountability and action while remaining passionate about financial freedom, generational wealth, and building a life of purpose.
A native New Yorker now living in Massachusetts, Jeanine is an empty nester, a proud grandmother, and a fierce advocate for dogs rescued from kill shelters. When she’s not walking a property or mentoring others, you’ll find her at Lake Sebago with family, enjoying hiking, boating and a good laugh.
